For anyone who is taking the DQ survey when they ask for the 10 digit number it’s the phone number to the restaurant. Which is at the top of the receipt
I ate at dads today and got a receipt to take a survey to receive a mini blizzard. I tried to enter and the reply was someone already took the survey today in my household. I assure no one did and my receipt was shows I was charged incorrectly in the first place! Don’t like false information to customers!

Me again. What’s with all those way to personal survey question? I don’t tell my kids all that info, why would I tell you. I was looking forward to a free dilly bar cause of how bad my visit was and not enough ice cream for the aggravation. I’m gonna have to start making my own sundaes n shakes I guess. Didn’t want to. Thanx—NOT.
Was very unhappy with server Cole. Rude, didn’t know how to make an easy sundae. 3 actually. Dropped our blizzard forgot what it was. Left all our stuff out to melt n it did. Didn’t put lids on til was asked to. And your LG sundaes doesn’t fill a cavity. The cup wasn’t even half full with ice cream. Very disappointing.
So happy the Cedar Falls Iowa location has reopened. My service was wonderful at the drive-up window. The young African-American gal who assisted me brought a smile to my face with her courtesy(put a fork in bag to eat messy chili dog without my asking) and friendliness. I’ll be back. Hopefully you can hire more employees like her!

Dairy queen off leopard in corpus christi tx, has gotten quicker delivering food to us. Before we would wait 20 to 30 minutes if it wasn’t busy now we wait 15 minutes when they are really busy keep up the great work guy.
I can not do the survey because it wants my credit card info and I don’t see how that relates to a free dilly bar. In my opinion this is a scam and I will not buy from Dairy Queen ever again.

Service is poor and sucks I was waiting so long for onion rings and I saw a list 5 employee’s and a leader talking about personal problems this is unacceptable …DQ work on your customer service..

I had an excellent order of cheese curds yesterday 7/25/22 at your store 1140 Annapolis Rd Odenton, MD 21113. Was pleased to find the survey thing at the bottom of the receipt for a free Dilly bar when completed. However, was not pleased today that when attempting to fill out the survey that where it says fill in phone number it has xxx-xxx-xxxx. The survey will not accept this. Sad to find out this might just be leading me on.
Overcharged grossly for an item bought very often and then told that it was due to price change… not true after getting reciept and finding extra topping charges on reciept… beware of deception

They would not take my coupon, said privately owned. Then had me wait by the front of building for our food. Came out with only half of it. Was told to go back in line, to request the rest. Forgot two sandwiches, fries and queso sauce. Then asked for manager. Brianna, who laughed at me. I did not find this funny!! She said that they are privately owned! Don’t think you want this representation to your DQ name. I’m furious and would like an explanation please.

I need the HEAD person in charge of DQ on 607 s. main to e mail me ASAP… Listen to your customers @least “sometimes”…WE MATTER!!…communication is one of the keys to a great business!
This dq really has a problem understanding orders& they will charge you for items & not present it in your order period.
So, beware if u order extras of any side item,u may not receive it, it’s happened to me numerously, even having you drove back there also, costing gas on MY end twice in one day. SMH
